The Challenge
Alvdal Skurlag wanted a combined solution that could handle both wood impregnation and Hotoil drying with high capacity, full traceability, and reliable operation. The plant needed to be future-proof and capable of running unmanned for extended periods – without compromising on quality or stability.
The Solution
We delivered a fully automated impregnation and Hotoil plant with a complete transport system.
The plant is designed according to current standards and directives, ensuring full traceability of everything that passes through. It can run both Fullcell and Lowry processes, as well as Hotoil drying, and operate unmanned for up to 24 hours.
The system is equipped with an advanced SCADA monitoring platform, which includes barcode scanning of packages and SMS alerts to staff when running automatically during nights and weekends.
