Full-Automatic Impregnation
First-Class Wood Treatment, Minimal Effort
High-Capacity, Low-Labor Timber Preservation
WTT’s full-automatic high-pressure impregnation system is designed for industrial-scale operations that demand performance, reliability, and efficiency. With the ability to run up to 24 hours without supervision, this advanced solution handles large volumes of wood with minimal manpower and maximum consistency.
With an annual capacity ranging up to 240,000 m³, this plant is ideal for companies that need a scalable, fully automated impregnation line that delivers both speed and quality.

Smart Operation with Minimal Staffing
The full-automatic system is so efficient that it can be operated by a single person per shift. The operator's role is limited to loading and unloading the charging area — the rest is handled by the system.
Each wood packet is identified either by a barcode scanner or through integration with the customer’s ERP system. Once the relevant data — such as dimensions, wood species, and customer ID — has been transferred or scanned, the operator selects the appropriate treatment program and confirms the batch.
From there, the process runs fully automatically, ensuring consistent quality and minimal operator involvement.
Throughout the cycle, the system collects and stores comprehensive traceability data, including:
-
Process parameters
-
Uptake values (kg/m³)
-
Total treated volume (m³)
-
Customer information
-
Wood species
-
Operator initials
-
Date and time of treatment
All of this is compiled into a detailed treatment report, which serves as full documentation and quality assurance for every batch — a valuable tool for both internal tracking and customer transparency.
Efficient Fluid Management & Drying
A unique tilting mechanism sets WTT’s system apart. The autoclave tilts by 5 degrees during treatment to facilitate drainage of excess preservative through integrated grooves. After treatment, the wood packets are tilted transversely to allow further solvent runoff during drying.
Thanks to this system, wood can exit from the transport system after 16 hours, already dry enough for safe storage. All excess fluid is collected and returned to the storage tanks via a steel drip tray system, ensuring clean and closed-loop operation.
