The Challenge
Hilmer Andersson AB needed a modern production facility capable of handling both wood impregnation and Hotoil drying. The company was looking for a solution that would combine high capacity with full traceability and allow unmanned operation during nights and weekends – all while ensuring reliability and quality.
The Solution
We delivered a fully automated impregnation and Hotoil plant, including a customized transport system tailored to Hilmer Andersson’s needs.
The plant is built according to current standards and directives, ensuring compliance and operational safety. It can run both Fullcell and Lowry processes as well as Hotoil drying, and is capable of operating unmanned for up to 24 hours.
At the heart of the installation is a powerful SCADA monitoring and control system, which provides complete oversight of operations. It includes barcode scanning of all packages and automated SMS alerts to staff when the plant is running autonomously at night or over the weekend.
