Kebony Belgium

Automated Impregnation Plant

Customer: Kebony
Location: Kallo, Belgium
Construction period: 2017–2018

The Challenge

Kebony required a modern impregnation facility for their production site in Belgium. The goal was to create a plant with a high degree of automation, full traceability, and seamless integration with their existing production flow – all while ensuring compliance with current standards.

The Solution

We delivered an automated impregnation plant tailored to Kebony’s specific requirements.
The plant is designed in accordance with current standards and directives, providing high reliability and full traceability of all production. It supports both Fullcell and Lowry processes and is equipped with an advanced SCADA system for complete monitoring, control, and reporting.

A key feature of the installation is its integration with a wagonless transport system, supplied by a local Belgian partner, enabling packages to be delivered efficiently in both directions.
