The Challenge

We delivered a fully automated impregnation plant with a complete transport system, specifically designed for window and door production.
The plant was built according to all applicable standards and directives and provides full traceability for every production run. It operates with a low-pressure process and is capable of running unmanned for up to 10 hours.
The facility is supported by a robust SCADA monitoring and control system, which ensures safe, efficient, and fully documented operations.
