Fully Automated Impregnation Plant

The Challenge 

SCA required a modern impregnation facility capable of delivering both efficiency and traceability. The goal was to strengthen production capacity, ensure compliance with industry standards, and reduce the need for manual supervision during operation.

The Solution 

We delivered a fully automated impregnation plant with a complete transport system, tailored to SCA’s specific requirements.
The plant was designed in full compliance with applicable standards and directives, ensuring operational safety and process reliability. It can run both Fullcell and Lowry processes and operate unmanned for up to 10 hours.


The facility is supported by an advanced SCADA system for monitoring, control, and reporting, as well as automated SMS alerts to notify staff when the plant runs autonomously during nights and weekends.
