The Challenge
Windymains needed a modern impregnation facility with high capacity, reliability, and full traceability of production. The aim was to create a solution that could operate efficiently with minimal staffing while leaving room for future expansion.
The Solution
We delivered a fully automated impregnation plant with an integrated transport system, designed according to current standards and directives. The facility provides full traceability of all production and can run both Fullcell and Lowry processes. It is capable of operating unmanned for up to 24 hours.
In 2022, the plant was expanded with an additional autoclave, drying lanes, and a new convoyer system, this is doubling the annual capacity to an impressive 236,000 m³.
