The Challenge
Valbo Trä AB needed to modernize the control system of their existing impregnation plant to improve automation, process reliability, and quality documentation. The objective was to streamline operations and make quality control simpler and more efficient for operators.
The Solution
We delivered a complete control system upgrade, fully integrated into the existing impregnation facility.
The upgrade included new electrical cabinets, pneumatic control systems, and an SCADA platform with PC interface, enabling full automation of the entire impregnation process.
The system is also integrated with Valbo Trä’s ERP platform, allowing seamless data flow and making quality control more intuitive and efficient for operators.
