The Challenge
AB Impregna needed to modernize the control system of their existing impregnation plant to improve automation, process reliability, and quality documentation. The objective was to streamline operations and make quality control simpler and more efficient for operators.
The Solution
We delivered a complete control system upgrade, fully integrated into the existing impregnation plant.
The upgrade included new electrical cabinets, pneumatic control systems, and an SCADA platform with PC interface, enabling full automation of both the impregnation process and chemical dosing.
To enhance dosing accuracy, the system was equipped with flow meters (liter counters), ensuring precise chemical dosing and preventing overconsumption. Automated reporting provides full documentation of process quality.
